    The pickup is working. This was still in sealed bag when it arrived. The corner of the box is crushed and taped (see last picture). Most likely a return because of the condition of the box. The Autoharp is LIKE NEW. Comes with  tuning wrench, Alan wrench and picks. This is an Open Box msrp.1
